My career did not begin with a plan. It began with desperation. As a student on internship, I was the one sent to run errands, cover the phones when the receptionist was busy, and make myself useful wherever I was needed. When I graduated, I spent years on consecutive temporary contracts — eight in a row — with no stability, no coach, no framework, but only raw hope and prayer.
What changed was not luck. It was a decision. I stopped waiting for a career to happen to me and started architecting one deliberately — through rigorous learning, strategic pivots, and the hard lessons that only come from navigating five industries across three continents. That journey took me from temporary worker to acting executive, from running errands to training board members on Corporate Governance.
